• Final price of barn will be quoted based on size, options, location and travel distance
• Out of state delivery and assembly might significantely increase price of barn
• Modular barn must be placed on concrete pillars foundation
• Site preparation and foundation must be done prior to delivery of barn sections
• Size of rafters, headers and footers might need to be changed to comply with local codes
• Barn is designed for 35-PFS snow load and 100-MPH wind load.  Heavier snow or wind loads will require rafters and headers upgrade (extra costs will apply)
